- Order Cancellation Window
- Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of placement.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible by contacting our support team at help@flyfarcast.com.
- Once an order has entered processing or shipment after this window, it can no longer be canceled.
- Order Modifications
- Requests to modify order details (such as shipping address, bag color/style, or quantity) may be accommodated within the same 4-hour window after order placement.
- Modifications are not guaranteed and depend on the current status of the order at the time of the request.
- Orders in Processing or Shipment
- Once an order has entered the processing stage or has been shipped, cancellations or changes are no longer possible.
- In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy after the package is delivered, provided the item meets all return eligibility requirements.
- Incorrect Information
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping and contact information at checkout.
- Flyfarcast is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete details provided by the customer.
